Treetops Hotel

The oldest and most famous game viewing lodge overlooks a waterhole and saltlick high in the Aberdare National Park. Treetops is the original tree lodge, built in 1932 and legendary for its historical connection, for the animals it attracts and for the sheer joy of exploring a tree house visited by rhino, elephant, buffalo, lion, bushbuck and many other animal species. The excitement of Treetops stems from the fact that the animals don’t realize you exist and they approach you fearlessly. There are several observation areas and game viewing platforms on each floor.
Accommodation is in 40 double rooms, 8 triple rooms and 2 suites. All rooms share bathrooms except for suites which have their own shower, toilet and washbasin.
