Moivaro Lodge
Moivaro lodge is located in a beautiful setting just a short distance from the town of Arusha in N orthern Tanzania. There are superb views of Mount Meru from the neatly maintained gardens, making this the ideal place to relax for a few nights either before or after a safari. Guest accommodations comprise 40 double and 2 single well-furnished garden cottages with adjoining bathrooms. The cottages are dotted around the grounds of the lodge among tropical trees and coffee plants.
Facilities at Moivaro include a swimming pool and over 40 acres of cultivated coffee plantation with a mile long nature trail ideal for ramblers and bird watchers. Excursions into Arusha town can be organized, as well as a cultural visit to the local Moivaro village and school which is very popular with guests.
